School Supplies List

Please label the following items with your child's name:

• A school bag or backpack to be carried to and from school every day. (please make sure it is an elementary school sized backpack 16' or larger ie, can fit a folder, lunchbox and iPad.
• A complete set of extra clothing in a Ziplock bag. Label each item with your child's name. (shirt, long pants, underwear, socks)
• Headphones (over the ear - no earbuds please - USB-C port please!)

The following should not be labeled:

• 4 boxes of Kleenex or other brand tissues
• 3 boxes of  24 Crayola crayons
• 1 box of wide Classic Crayola markers 8ct.
• 10 Elmer's glue sticks
• 1 pair of metal scissors
• 1 box of zipper gallon storage bags
• 1 box of zipper sandwich storage bags
• 12 yellow Ticonderoga #2 pencils - sharpened
• 4 black dry-erase markers
• 1 container of Baby wipes
• 2 containers of Clorox wipes
• 1 Hand sanitizer 8 oz with pump (unscented please!)
• 4 color pack of Play Dough (4 oz. cans)

Any personal items your child brings to school throughout the school year should be labeled with his/her name (e.g., boots, scarves, mittens, hats, etc.)

Please note: Forest is buying nice headphones for all students to start the year. However, if their headphones break during the year, families will need to replace them.

The only items you need to label are the Art box, smock and headphones!
